Where’s my freekin’ order?
So, on August 7th, I called Adobe to get a replacement disc for my Creative Suite 3 Master Collection purchase. This was due to a CRC error with one of the discs… but I also reported that the box was damaged from FedEx’s lovely shipping practices. They placed an order, which took 45 minutes, after talking to 3 people. They also tried to tell me I had to pay shipping.. I adamantly refused since neither issue was my problem.. not to mention the package already cost $2,500. They can’t pay $6 shipping? Anyways, they said it was taken care of.. but here I am two weeks later with no replacement. I called Adobe, and they said it didn’t ship because of an error. Were they going to call me to resolve this error? Probably not. I didn’t even bother asking what error it was. Anyways, they assure me my replacement is shipping 2-day and I should see it Friday. We’ll see.
